Our nonprofit status
Oxford Classical Charter School is a proposed tuition-free public charter school being developed by Oxford Classical Charter Academy, a Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3), effective March 5, 2026. The proposed school is not yet open or accepting applications for admission.
Oxford Classical Charter Academy is registered with the Pennsylvania Bureau of Corporations and Charitable Organizations to solicit charitable contributions. Official registration and financial information may be obtained from the Pennsylvania Department of State at 1-800-732-0999. Registration does not imply endorsement.

Donor restrictions must be accepted by Oxford Classical before they are binding. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. No goods or services are provided in exchange for a contribution unless a written acknowledgment states otherwise.

Oxford Classical uses Zeffy’s secure hosted checkout for online donations. Card and bank-payment information is entered on Zeffy, not on the Oxford Classical website.
Oxford Classical uses Zeffy so that 100% of your donation reaches our organization. Zeffy may invite you to make a separate optional contribution to support its platform. That additional contribution is voluntary and may be changed or removed during checkout.
