Oxford Classical is committed to candid public communication, responsible nonprofit governance, and clear separation between its current nonprofit status and the future charter-authorization process.
Recognized by the IRS as a Section 501(c)(3) public charity, effective March 5, 2026.
Formed as a Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation and registered to solicit charitable contributions.
Oxford Classical remains proposed. It is not yet charter-authorized, open, or accepting applications for admission.

Governance commitments
- Board oversight of budgets, material contracts, debt, facilities, and the final charter application
- Conflict disclosure and recusal controls
- Separate tracking of received funds, restricted funds, pledges, pending grants, and uncommitted targets
- Donation acknowledgments and monthly financial reconciliation
- No organizational endorsement or opposition of candidates for public office
- Accurate public descriptions of the proposed school's status
Charitable solicitation disclosure
Oxford Classical Charter Academy is registered with the Pennsylvania Bureau of Corporations and Charitable Organizations to solicit charitable contributions. Official registration and financial information may be obtained from the Pennsylvania Department of State at 1-800-732-0999. Registration does not imply endorsement.
Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Registration, federal tax exemption, and charitable support do not constitute charter authorization or governmental endorsement of the proposed school.
