Information we collect

We collect information you choose to submit through our surveys and forms. This may include your name, contact details, residential address, school district, relationship to the proposed school, number of prospective students, anticipated grades, responses, consents, and typed signature. We do not ask for children's names, dates of birth, current schools, medical information, immigration information, or disability information.

How we use information

We may use it for school planning, documenting family and community interest, supporting the charter application, verifying data and residency, responding to inquiries, conducting authorized outreach, supporting fundraising, and meeting legal and administrative obligations. Completing a survey is not an admissions application, does not reserve a seat, and creates no lottery preference.

When we share information

Access is limited to authorized board and school-development personnel and service providers that host the website or process forms on our behalf. We may also share information with charter authorizers, public agencies, or professional advisers when reasonably necessary and lawful. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purposes and applicable legal or recordkeeping obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no Internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and questions
